- Interior and exterior inspections (Performed weekly, or biweekly)
- Inspect/report basic maintenance and small repairs needed
- Report any damage/repairs needed to owner
- Coordinate with Cleaners if needed before and after stays
- Schedule pest control if needed (Pest services extra charge)
- Trash removal – during guest stays and turnovers (Trash disposal charges not included in service fee)
- Schedule and provide access for any services/repairs needed for the property
- Schedule and maintain landscaping needs
- Inspect property after major storms or when requested
